Zucchini Kuchen

Ingredients
  Whole egg 1 (Plus Water To Make 2/3 Cup)
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Biscuit mix 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Zucchini 1 Medium
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Poppy seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Break egg into measuring cup and add water to fill to 2/3 cup mark.
Add this to onion and biscuit mix; stir with fork.
Turn out, knead lightly, and pat into oiled 9 inch round pan.
Slice zucchini in 3/8 inch rounds; arrange slices overlapping on top of dough.
Spread tops thickly with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes.
