Break egg into measuring cup and add water to fill to 2/3 cup mark.
Add this to onion and biscuit mix; stir with fork.

Slice zucchini in 3/8 inch rounds; arrange slices overlapping on top of dough.
Spread tops thickly with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
