Frozen Berry Banana Yogurt
|Unflavored gelatin||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Plain low fat yogurt||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar substitute||16 4⁄5 Gram|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In small saucepan or metal measuring cup sprinkle gelatin over water and let stand to soften; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is completely dissolved.
In blender container combine strawberries, banana, and dissolved gelatin and process until smooth; add yogurt, sugar substitute, and vanilla and process until combined.
Pour mixture into shallow metal 1 1/2-quart pan; cover and freeze, stirring every 30 minutes, until mixture is the consistency of ice cream.
