Ingredients
  Coconut flesh 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coconut water 4 Tablespoon
  Blue berries 4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor blend coconut flesh with coconut water.
2. Add blue berries into blender to make it blue berry yoghurt.

SERVING
3. Top it with fresh blueberries and serve as a pre-workout meal or breakfast.
