Ingredients
  Milk 8 Cup (128 tbs) (skimmed)
  Yoghurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (organic)
  Dry milk 2 Cup (32 tbs) (non fat)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Set the oven to 170 degrees F.

MAKING
2.In a pan warm the milk to 180 degrees, stir occasionally.
3.Cool it by placing it in a container filled with water, let the temperature drop to 120 degrees.
4.Add dry milk to the milk and mix it well by stirring nicely.
5.Add the yogurt to the mixture; make sure the temperature of the milk is around 115 degrees as you add the yogurt.
6.Transfer the milk in the jar and put the jar in a water bath to check the temperature, stick the thermometer with the jar and make sure the thermometer does not touch the metal.
7.Maintain the temperature at 115 or 118 degrees and keep the jar for 10 hours in the heated oven.

SERVING
8.Serve with your favorite fruits.
