Ingredients
  Redwood hill farm plain kefir/Green valley organics plain kefir 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple juice/Apple cider 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (unsweetened)
  Pumpkin puree 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (unsweetened, not pumpkin filling)
  Frozen banana/2 pitted dates 1⁄2 Medium
  Pumpkin seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweetner 2 Tablespoon (we like maple syrup)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon (1/2-1 tsp)
  Pure vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pumpkin pie spice 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Optional)
  Ice cubes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (adjust to reach desired consistency)
Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Top It Off: Add a couple of tablespoons of cinnamon granola (and a bit of candied ginger) to the top, grab a spoon, close your eyes and you’ll swear you’re enjoying Thanksgiving pumpkin pie.
