Yogurt Marinade

Ingredients
  Buttermilk 6 Fluid Ounce (180 milliliter)
  Natural yogurt 2 Fluid Ounce (60 milliliter)
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh dill weed 15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1 In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
2 Correct the seasoning, adding salt and pepper if required.

SERVING
3 You can choose to spread the marinade over a roast of lamb, or coat the pieces of lamb for kebabs.
4 Allow to stand for 1 -2 hours.
5 Baste the lamb frequently with oil during cooking.
