Ingredients
  Ripe banana 1⁄2 (Pick Firm One)
  Fruit juice 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs) (Pineapple, Or Other Naturally Sweet Juice)
  Thick yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated coconut 1 Tablespoon (Natural Variety)
  Ground sunflower seeds 1 Tablespoon (Medium Fine)
  Wheat germ 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl mash banana with a fork.
2) Mix other ingredients.
3) Continue to stir together until lightly blended.

SERVING
4) Serve in individual compote dishes.
