Fast Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope, Scant)
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Plain low-fat yogurt 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Low sodium non fat powdered milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Fructose 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Add gelatin in cold water and let stand for 5 minutes.
2.Add in boiling water and mix to dissolve gelatin.
3.Cool to room temperature.
4.Mix gelatin-water mixture with the yogurt thoroughly.
5.Refrigerate until firm.
6.In a blender, mix the jelled yogurt, milk powder, fructose, vanilla extract and crushed ice and blend to smoothness.

SERVING
7. Serve immediately and enjoy the benefits of live bacteria present in the yogurt.

TIPS
8. Yogurt tastes awesome and since it is not frozen conventionally, good bacteria are all alive.
9. Make it at home and it costs less.
10. With time, the live bacteria are killed and also the taste diminishes.
