|Plain yogurt||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
1. Over a large bowl, place a strainer and line it with double layer of cheesecloth.
2. Leave enough space between the bottom of the strainer and the bottom of the bowl.
3. Pour yogurt onto the strainer.
4. Let it drain for about 2 1/2 hours at room temperature.
5. Transfer to a clean bowl.
7. Serve chill.
