Easy Blender Frozen Yogurt
|Unflavored gelatin||1⁄2 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Low fat vanilla yogurt||8 Ounce|
|Instant nonfat dry milk powder/1/2 cup non-instant dry milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen unsweetened orange juice concentrate||6 Ounce, partially thawed|
1.Take the container of the blender, put together gelatine and cold water and leave for 1 minute.
2.Once the gelatin granules are soft, add boiling water and blend on high.
3.Put yogurt, milk powder, salt and orange juice in the container and blend further until smooth.
4.Take a metal dish of little depth, transfer the mixture to it and put in the freezer.
5.Once a slush like consistency is achieved, blend until smooth.
6.Freeze again until set.
7.Let the yogurt soft slightly before serving.
8.Serve in bowls.
