Easy Blender Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1⁄2 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low fat vanilla yogurt 8 Ounce
  Instant nonfat dry milk powder/1/2 cup non-instant dry milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen unsweetened orange juice concentrate 6 Ounce, partially thawed
Directions

MAKING
1.Take the container of the blender, put together gelatine and cold water and leave for 1 minute.
2.Once the gelatin granules are soft, add boiling water and blend on high.
3.Put yogurt, milk powder, salt and orange juice in the container and blend further until smooth.
4.Take a metal dish of little depth, transfer the mixture to it and put in the freezer.
5.Once a slush like consistency is achieved, blend until smooth.
6.Freeze again until set.

FINALIZING
7.Let the yogurt soft slightly before serving.

SERVING
8.Serve in bowls.
