Yogurt

Ingredients
  Milk 750 Milliliter
  Yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Milk powder 2 Tablespoon, dried
Directions

MAKING
1) Heat the milk and bring it to boiling point. Remove from the stove immediately and allow to stand in a cool place.
2) Once the milk has cooled to temperature of 98°F, stir in the skimmed milk powder as well as the natural yoghurt.
3) Immedaitely place the mixture in a thermos flask. Incubate for about 8 hours and remove from the flask. Till needed, refrigerate the yoghurt.

SERVING
4) Serve or use as required.
