Fortified Yogurt Breakfast
|Eating apple||1 Large|
|Natural yogurt||1⁄4 Pint (140 Milliliter)|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
|Rolled oats||8 Tablespoon|
|Chopped hazelnuts||2 Tablespoon|
1. Remove the core of the apple and chop half into small pieces. Slice the remaining half and sprinkle with a little of the lemon juice.
2. Mix the yogurt, lemon juice and honey thoroughly until blended together.
3. Stir in the rolled oats and chopped nuts and serve, using the apple slices to decorate the top.
