Creamy Frozen Yogurt
|Sugar free gelatin||4 Ounce (1 Package, Jell-O Brand, 4 Serving Size, Use Any Flavor Of Choice)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Low fat plain yogurt||8 Ounce (1 Container)|
|Thawed cool whip whipped topping||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
2. Put in cold water.
3. Stir in yogurt until well blended and smooth.
4. Fold in whipped topping.
5. Into 9-inch square pan pour and let it freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight.
6. Scoop into individual dessert dishes.
