Salata Yogurt

Ingredients
  Natural yogurt 24 Ounce (3 Cartons, 8 Ounce Each)
  Ricotta salata cheese 4 Ounce
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Watercress sprigs 5
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine together drained salata and yoghourt.
2) Pour in lemon juice to taste and refrigerate to chill.

SERVING
3) Garnish with watercress and serve in hors d'oeuvres dishes.
