Yogurt Froth Ayran

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ice water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mint leaves 1
Directions

Beat yogurt until frothy, about 5 minutes.
Beat in salt and ice water and beat for another 2 minutes.
Serve in tall glasses garnished with mint sprigs.
Makes 4 servings.
