Yogurt Dill Sauce
|Non fat plain yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Low sodium dijon mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Serve with cold poached salmon or fresh vegetable erudite.
This sauce may be served warm over fish or poultry, be careful not to heat it too quickly or the sauce will "break" (separate into water and yogurt).
It heats best on a low setting inthemicrowaveovcnoroveradouble boiler, with constant stirring. (25 calories per serving)
