Ingredients
  Natural low fat yogurt 2 1⁄4 Pound (1 Carton Or 1 Kilograms)
  Mixed dried fruit 4 Ounce, chopped (125 Grams Of Apricots, Apples, Peaches, Prunes, Etc)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in a serving bowl and chill for at least 3 hours.
