Yogurt Fruit Cup

Ingredients
  Canned sliced peaches/Canned sliced pears 16 Ounce, packed in fruit juice (1 can)
  Low fat vanilla yogurt 16 Ounce
  Finely chopped almonds 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cardamom 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Drain and divide fruit among six small dessert bowls.
Top with yogurt and sprinkle lightly with nuts and cardamom.
Serve immediately.
