Yogurt Fruit Cup
|Canned sliced peaches/Canned sliced pears||16 Ounce, packed in fruit juice (1 can)|
|Low fat vanilla yogurt||16 Ounce|
|Finely chopped almonds||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cardamom||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Drain and divide fruit among six small dessert bowls.
Top with yogurt and sprinkle lightly with nuts and cardamom.
