Fruit With Yogurt

Ingredients
  Vanilla low fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apricots/8 large strawberries, hulled / 2 small peaches halved and pitted 4 Small, halved and pitted
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Spoon half the yogurt into each of 2 small, shallow bowls.
Set 4 apricot halves, 3 or 4 strawberries, or 2 peach halves atop each portion of yogurt.
Place sugar in a 6-inch frying pan.
Set over medium heat and shake pan to mix sugar as it begins to liquefy and caramelize.
When sugar is liquid and amber do not let sugar scorch, let cool just until thickened to the consistency of light | syrup about 1 minute; then drizzle over fruit and yogurt.
