Banana Pineapple Frozen Yogurt
|Vanilla low fat yogurt||16 Ounce (2 Cartons, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Pineapple low fat yogurt||16 Ounce (2 Cartons, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Mashed bananas||1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed|
|Creme de banana/Other banana-flavored liqueur||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Unsweetened coconut||3 1⁄2 Tablespoon, toasted|
Place all ingredients except coconut in a large bowl, stirring well to combine.
Pour yogurt mixture into freezer can of a hand-turned or electric freezer.
Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
To serve, scoop 1/2 cup frozen yogurt into individual dessert dishes.
Top each serving of yogurt with 1/2 teaspoon coconut.
