Caramelized Apples With Sugar Glazed Yogurt

Ingredients
  Granny smith apples 3 Pound, peeled and cored
  Reduced calorie margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), divided
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), divided
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Yogurt sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 3 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut each apple into 8 wedges; cut each wedge into 3 pieces.
Pat apple dry with paper towels.
Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in a large nonstick skillet.
Add half of the apple, and saute 2 minutes.
Gradually add half of the sugar, and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until apple is tender and lightly browned, stirring frequently.
Remove from skillet, and set aside.
Repeat with remaining margarine, apple, and sugar.
Combine cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves; stir well.
Sprinkle over apple; toss gently.
Spoon evenly into 10 (6-ounce) custard cups coated with cooking spray.
Spoon Yogurt Sauce evenly over apple mixture.
Place custard cups on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon brown sugar.
Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 2 minutes or until sugar melts
