Basic Vanilla Non Fat Frozen Yogurt
|Sugar/1/3 cup sugar + 4 packets sweet 'n low||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Canned evaporated milk||12 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Egg beaters||1 , beaten|
|Light corn syrup||2 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Tablespoon|
|Plain non-fat yogurt||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), stirred|
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
Stir in milk, beaten Egg Beater, and corn syrup.
Cook, stirring, over low heat until mixture thickens and coats a metal spoon.
Remove from heat; cool.
Stir in vanilla and yogurt.
Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
