Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Dill weed 2 Tablespoon, snipped (fresh)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
Directions

Combine all ingredients and chill for several hours. Beat well before using.
