Ingredients
  Plain non fat yogurt 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Banana 1⁄2 Medium, sliced
  Apple juice/Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Part skim ricotta cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ice cubes 2
  Wheat germ 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar substitute 1⁄8 Teaspoon (To Equal 1 Teaspoon Sugar)
Directions

In blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth, about 45 seconds. Pour into 12-ounce glass.
