Yogurt Molds

Ingredients
  Flavored gelatin 6 Ounce (2 Envelopes, 3 Ounce Each)
  Water 3 Teaspoon
  Plain non fat yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs), chilled
  Strawberry extract 2 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In the top of a double boiler, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it stand for 1-5 minutes, until softened.
Stir until dissolved.
Heat over boiling water.
Whisk into the yogurt.
Add strawberry and almond extracts.
Mix well.
Then pour into individual dessert dishes.
Chill until set.
