Quick Orange Yogurt Pops

Ingredients
  Orange juice concentrate 6 Ounce
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Plain low-fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine ingredients in a blender.
Process until well blended.
Divide mixture evenly among eight paper drinking cups.
Place in freezer and freeze until frozen.
If desired, when pops are partially frozen, place a wooden stick in middle of each pop.
Freeze completely.
