Fruitful Frozen Yogurt
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fruit puree||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Fresh, Any Flavor)|
|Vanilla yogurt||16 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small saucepan; let stand 5 minutes to soften.
Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Place fruit puree in large bowl; stir in gelatin mixture and yogurt.
Add sugar to taste; mix well.
Pour yogurt mixture into 9-inch square pan; freeze until almost firm.
Coarsely chop mixture with fork; spoon into chilled bowl.
Beat with electric mixer until smooth; freeze until ready to serve.
