Holiday Yams

Ingredients
  Yams 4 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Melted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mace 1 Dash
  Grated coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Miniature marshmallows 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cover yams with water; add salt and cook until tender.
Peel yams and mash until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients, except 1/2 cup coconut and marshmallows.
Mix thoroughly.
Place in a greased 2quart casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with enough marshmallows to cover; top with coconut.
Brown lightly before serving.
