|Granulated sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)|
|Crushed pineapple||1⁄2 Can (5 oz)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Peel and cut yams as for French fries.
Place in 8" x 12" x 2" baking dish.
Combine the sugars, salt, cinnamon and flour and sprinkle over potatoes.
Slice butter and place over this.
Twist slices of lemon over this & place peel in with potatoes.
Distribute the crushed pineapple over this.
Now add water & cover with foil.
Bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hr.
or until potatoes are done.
