Honeyed Yams

Ingredients
  Honey 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Corn starch 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Yams 6 Large, cooked
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 400°F before baking.

MAKING
2) Mix together all ingredients except yams and cook until clear.
3) Spoon this mixture over cooked yams.
4) Bake the yams in preheated oven until brown.

SERVING
5) Serve at once over baked apples.
