|Flank steak||1 Pound, trimmed|
|Shallots||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sliced|
|Cilantro||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Lime juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Fish sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Sliced thai red chiles/Serrano chiles||2 Teaspoon|
|Thai red chilies/Serrano chiles||2 Teaspoon, sliced|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, cut into 1/4 inch thick wedges|
1. Prepare grill or broiler.
2. Place steak on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray,- cook 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
3. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices,-cut each slice into 2-inch pieces.
4. Combine the steak pieces, sliced shallots, and the remaining ingredients,- toss gently.
