  Flank steak 1 Pound, trimmed
  Cooking spray 1
  Shallots 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sliced
  Cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced thai red chiles/Serrano chiles 2 Teaspoon
  Thai red chilies/Serrano chiles 2 Teaspoon, sliced
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, cut into 1/4 inch thick wedges

1. Prepare grill or broiler.
2. Place steak on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray,- cook 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
3. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices,-cut each slice into 2-inch pieces.
4. Combine the steak pieces, sliced shallots, and the remaining ingredients,- toss gently.
