|Canned yams||30 Ounce, well drained (1 Can)|
|Orange juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), firmly packed|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Miniature marshmallows||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Arrange yams in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
In medium bowl, combine orange juice and cornstarch; stir until cornstarch is completely dissolved.
Blend in brown sugar and butter.
Add walnuts and pour over yams.
Microwave at high (10) 6 to 10 minutes.
Arrange marshmallows on top and Microwave at high (10) 1 to 2 minutes.
