this is a tasty recipe tht doesnt take much time and can be a very good apetiser
Ingredients
  Yam/About 3-4 cms thick 1 , washed and sliced to around 4-5 slices
  Semolina 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chilli powder To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

marinate yam with chilli pwd , salt and lemon juice for 15 mins.
after that heat a pan. coat the yam with semolina and shallow fry in oil untill cooked.
enjoy the yummy yams
