|Canned yams||30 Ounce, well drained (1 Can)|
|Orange juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Firmly Packed)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Miniature marshmallows||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Arrange yams in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
In medium bowl, combine orange juice and cornstarch; stir until cornstarch is completely dissolved.
Blend in brown sugar and butter.
Add walnuts and pour over yams.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 10 to 12 minutes.
Arrange marshmallows on top and Microwave at HIGH (10) 1 to 2 minutes; rotate casserole 1/4 turn after 45 seconds.
TO COOK BY COMBINATION: Insert metal acces sory rack.
Preheat oven to 300°E Cook on Combination Code 3, 15 to 18 minutes.
Arrange marshmallows on top and return to oven 4 to 6 minutes until lightly brown.
TO COOK BY CONVECTION: Insert metal accessory rack.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Arrange marshmallows on top and return to oven 5 to 10 minutes until lightly brown.
