Minced Turkey In Lettuce

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced or pressed
  Grated ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground turkey 1 Pound
  Chicken breasts 1 1⁄2 Pound, skinned, boned, and minced
  Canned bamboo shoots 8 Ounce, drained and minced (1 Can)
  Canned water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained and minced (1 Can)
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound, minced
  Green onions 4 , minced (Including Tops)
  Frozen peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hoisin sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Butter lettuce leaves/Romaine leaves 4 , rinsed
  Green onions 2 , cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths (Green Part Only)
Directions

Prepare Cooking Sauce and set aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a wok or wide frying pan over high heat.
Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes and stir once.
Add turkey and cook, stirring to break up large chunks, until no longer pink about 3 minutes; remove from pan and set aside.
Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in pan.
Add bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, mushrooms, and minced onions; cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Return turkey to pan, then add peas.
Stir Cooking Sauce, pour into pan, and stir until sauce boils and thickens.
