Raw Vegetable Sandwich Wrap

Ingredients
  Rainbow chard 2 Large
  Avocado 1⁄2
  Asparagus shoots 3 , cut into small strips
  Mushroom 3 , sliced
  Pepper To Taste
  Broccoli sprouts 2 Tablespoon
  Raw walnut 1 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

MAKING
1. On a plate or flat working surface, place 1 chard leaf. Spread the avocado over it.
2. Place asparagus and mushrooms on top and season with pepper. Spread broccoli sprouts over it and grate walnuts using a Parmesan grater.
3. Put the other chard leaf on top like a sandwich and roll it tightly.

SERVING
4. In a serving plate, cut it into half and serve fresh for breakfast.
