|Honey||50 Milliliter (0.25 Cup)|
|Grated orange rind||1 Teaspoon|

|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chicken wings||3 Pound|
In large bowl, combine hoisin sauce, ketchup, honey, orange rind and juice, mustard, gingerroot, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and cayenne.
Remove tips from wings; separate wings at joint.
Add wings to sauce and toss to coat.
Remove wings, shaking off and reserving excess sauce; arrange in single layer on greased foil lined baking sheet.
Bake in 400Â°F (200Â°C) oven for 15 minutes.
Brush with remaining sauce and bake, turning and basting at least twice, for about 40 minutes longer or until no longer pink inside and deep brown on outside.
