Braised Turkey Wings
|Turkey wings||4 Large|
|Flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Tomato juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
Toss turkey wings in a bag with flour seasoned with salt and paprika.
Brown thoroughly in butter.
Add tomato juice, onions, bay leaf and clove.
Cover tightly and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
Add more tomato juice as needed during cooking, and turn wings several times.
Serve turkey, onions and pan juices on a bed of cooked noodles.
