Spicy Wing Ding Platter

This is one of my favorite platter recipes.
  Wings 2 Pound, disjointed
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dry chicken base 3 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Lawry's seasoning salt 3 Tablespoon
  Louisiana chicken wing seasoning 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 2 Tablespoon
  Onion powder 2 Tablespoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Find a large container with a lid or a large plastic bag.
Rinse chicken off, do not pat dry.
Put chicken in the flour and shake.
Put floured chicken in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Fry chicken at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Set aside 1 lbs. of the fried wings for the B. & R. BBQ Wings.
