Ingredients
  Wing pieces 24 (Either The Center Or Upper Arm)
  Basic fennel dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly grated parmesan/Romano cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Marinate the wing pieces in the fennel dressing for 1/2 hour.
Drain, and place on oiled baking sheet.
Sprinkle with the oregano, cheese, salt, and pepper.
Bake in a 375° oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until wings are lightly browned and tender.
These make a great appetizer, a marvelous cold lunch, and an easy evening meal.
Pasta goes well on the side, along with a tomato salad.
Either red or white wine fits.
