On The Wing Appetizers
|Chicken wing drummets||3 1⁄2 Pound (About 30 Pieces)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Peach syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Spiced)|
|Mono-sodium glutamate||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
Disjoint the wings; use thickest wing portions for appetizers and remaining wing portions for chicken broth.
Place the wing-drums on rack on a foil-lined baking sheet or broiler pan; sprinkle with salt.
Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly; brush marinade generously on wing-drums.
Place in 350°F oven about 1 hour, or until wing-drums are golden brown and tender, brushing frequently with the marinade.
