Macedoine Of Fruit In Vermouth
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sweet vermouth/Dry vermouth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pineapple||1 , peeled and cut in wedges|
|Navel oranges||3 , peeled and cut in sections|
|Grapes||1 1⁄4 Bunch (125 gm), seeded (Large Bunch)|
Combine sugar, water, vermouth and cinnamon bark, bring to the boil, cover and let stand for 1 hour. Pour the liquid over the prepared fruit and marinate for at least an hour in the refrigerator before serving. Serves 6.
