Chicken In White Wine Crepes
|Minced green onions||3 Tablespoon|
|Chicken||3 Cup (48 tbs), diced|
|Cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
|Dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||1 , diced|
|Veloute sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
Saute onions in hot butter for 1 minute.
Stir in chicken, ham, salt, pepper and tarragon.
Stir mixture on high heat for 2 minutes.
Pour in wine and boil down until the liquid has almost disappeared.
Mix in mushrooms and egg.
Fold in Veloute sauce.
Divide mixture between crepes and roll up.
Place in a greased baking dish and brush tops with melted butter.
Heat at 350Â°F for 10 minutes.
