Chicken In White Wine Crepes

These Chicken in White Wine Crepes are so different ! Let the magic of chicken in Veloute Sauce and white wine take you over completely ! Tell me if you have any suggestions for the Chicken in White Wine Crepes
Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Minced green onions 3 Tablespoon
  Chicken 3 Cup (48 tbs), diced
  Cooked ham 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hard-cooked eggs 1 , diced
  Veloute sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Crepes 12
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Saute onions in hot butter for 1 minute.
Stir in chicken, ham, salt, pepper and tarragon.
Stir mixture on high heat for 2 minutes.
Pour in wine and boil down until the liquid has almost disappeared.
Mix in mushrooms and egg.
Fold in Veloute sauce.
Divide mixture between crepes and roll up.
Place in a greased baking dish and brush tops with melted butter.
Heat at 350°F for 10 minutes.
