Wine Paste

Ingredients
  Tofu 25 Gram (Preferably Made From Red Soya Bean)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Orange peel/Grated lemon rind 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Brown sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry 4 Tablespoon
  Rice 2 Teaspoon, finely ground
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Brandy 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend all the ingredients in a liquidiser.
Place the mixture in a saucepan over low heat and simmer gently, stirring constantly till all the liquid dries up.
Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
