Tangy White Wine Dressing

Ingredients
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Powdered fruit pectin 7 Teaspoon (2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon)
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Green onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Dried red pepper flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender, process until smooth.
Cover and chill.
Stir well before serving over salad greens.
