Flounder In Wine
|Flounder fillets||1 Pound|
|Sliced leeks||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce|
|Dry white wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||3 Tablespoon|
If fish fillets are large, cut into 5 serving pieces.
Arrange in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches; sprinkle with salt, paprika and pepper.
Cook and stir leeks and mushrooms in margarine until leeks are tender; stir in wine.
Pour mushroom mixture over fish; sprinkle with almonds and cheese.
Cook uncovered in 375Â° oven until fish flakes easily with fork, about 25 minutes.
