Mulled Wine ( Vin Brulé )

On this cold winter day, I know how to warm up my guests, with some good mulled wine!
Ingredients
  Sugar 200 Gram
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon sticks 2 Small
  Cloves 8 Small
  Orange zest 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon zest 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Red wine 1 Liter
Directions

MAKING
1. In a sauce pan combine all the ingredients along with the wine.
2. Let it come to a boil and let the sugar melt completely, after that it's time to ignite the wine with the help of a after that it's time to ignite the wine.
