Cheese And Wine Mold
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||10 Ounce|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine cheese, wine, nutmeg, and pepper; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer about 10 minutes or until almost smooth.
Add butter, and beat well.
Spoon into a greased 1 1/2-cup mold; pack well.
Cover and chill overnight.
Unmold onto a serving platter; serve with apple and pear wedges or assorted crackers.
