Wine Marinade For Shish Kabobs

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
Directions

Combine garlic, onion, olive oil, wine, vinegar, pep- per, oregano, salt and parsley.
Pour over lamb cubes; marinate overnight.
