Prunes In Red Wine

Ingredients
  Plump prunes 8 Ounce
  Red wine 1⁄4 Pint
  Water 1⁄4 Pint
  Sugar 4 Ounce
  Lemon rind strip 1
  Cinnamon stick 2 Inch
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, place the prunes pour some red wine along with it, soak it for 1 hour
2. In a saucepan, place the prunes along with the soaked liquor and water, add the last 3 ingredeints and heat it, stir till the sugar dissolves, boil it, cover and simmer for 15 minutes
3. Take out the ingredeints from the saucepan and place into a serving dish, and boil the cooked liquor till quantity reduces by half, pour the liquid over the prunes
4. Finally let it cool down completely and chill it in the refrigerator before serving

SERVING
5. Serve it chilled with creme caramel
